Schedule: Part-time | Weekdays + 2 weekends per month required
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Part-Time Warehouse & Equipment Maintenance Technician to
help keep our warehouse, trailers, trucks, and equipment organized, maintained, and job-ready. This role is ideal for someone mechanically inclined who enjoys problem-solving, staying organized, and supporting field crews.
Key Responsibilities
Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs on tools and equipment (grinders, vacuums, mixers, small motors, hoses, etc.)
Troubleshoot and fix small mechanical issues as they arise
Check in and inspect trailers and trucks weekly, ensuring:
- Equipment is present, clean, and operational
- Tools are properly stored and organized
- Maintenance or repair needs are documented
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
- Track equipment condition and report larger repair needs
- Assist with loading and unloading trailers as needed
- Communicate with management regarding equipment status and supply needs
Schedule Requirements
Part-time hours (flexible within reason)
Must be available 2 weekends per month (either a Saturday or Sunday)
Occasional early mornings or extended hours may be required based on job demands
Qualifications
Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform small equipment repairs
Experience with construction, concrete coatings, or trade-related tools preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks
Valid driver’s license preferred
Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
