We pride ourselves on professionalism, quality, and a positive customer experience. We’re looking for a motivated and personable Part-Time Sales Assistant to help manage leads, support our sales process, and learn the ropes with the potential to grow into a full-time sales role.
Position: Part-Time Sales Assistant
Hours: 15–25 hours/week with flexible scheduling
Location: Based in Salt Lake City, with occasional site visits
Pay: Competitive hourly rate + bonus opportunities
What You’ll Do:
Respond to inbound leads (phone, website, social media)
Set appointments and follow up with potential customers
Assist with preparing estimates and customer presentations
Keep our CRM organized and up to date
Support the sales team at events, home shows, or job sites
Learn about our coatings and services with hands-on experience
What We’re Looking For:
Great communication and people skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable on the phone and in person
Willing to learn and grow into a sales role
Sales, customer service, or construction background is a plus
Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
