Position Overview

This position involves installing polyaspartic flake floors, epoxy systems, concrete repair, and prep work for residential and commercial projects. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Surface prep: grinding, crack repair, patching, and moisture testing

• Installing epoxy, polyaspartic, urethane, and specialty coating systems

• Operating company tools/equipment safely (grinders, vacuums, etc.

• Maintaining clean job sites and excellent communication with customers

• Working efficiently with the crew to complete projects on schedule

  
  

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

• Comfortable working in all weather conditions

• Construction, painting, or flooring experience a plus

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
